What a sessions looks like:
~ The Theme – Depending on the groups needs. We focus on Emotion , Physical and Spiritual needs; ie. Release , relaxtion and / or new beginnings.
~ Guided meditation bring the group a greater sence of peace, relaxtion, focus and willingness to be present in the moment.
~ Now for the Fun Stuff, the reading. As we are set in a gallery style setting, Corey Calaio reads for everyone in the group through automatic writing. The moods shift from laughter to tears and back to laughter. It is enlightening as well as entertaining.
~Closing Circle. After an evening full of surprises and emotion we bring the evening to an end with affirmations of the self . The circle is for the strengthening of who each participant is and reinforces what they are striving for in life. This simple circle motivates as well as inspires.
